As I put the biscuits in the oven, I asked son John $pencer if Sadie could lick the bowl. He held it for her as she performed her prime job here – pre-washing the dirty dishes and bowls. Sadie is spoiling me by making the kitchen floor look clean all the time.
I apologized to the camera for getting flour on it. It just shrugged and cleaned itself off in my pocket.

I am so used to tossing tidbits of toast to my dog when I eat breakfast that I had to remember not to do that in a restaurant! Our dog is a perfect bowl scraper for sure.

I totally agree with your son on being in photos! I would much rather be behind the camera as in front. That Sadie is a good dog!

I dislike the front side of the camera, too, but my family encourages me to be visible once in a while.

My dog Benji has the same job at our house. Hubby says we couls just put the bowl away after it it licked, but I insist on runnning it through the dishwasher! 😉
